Ingredients

12-15 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 2 cupscooked rice
  2. 2-3sausages
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1 tspgarlic
  5. 1/4 cupspring onion (white part), sliced
  6. 1/2 cupbell peppers & capsicum, chopped
  7. 1/4 cupfrozen green peas
  8. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  9. 1 tbspchili sauce
  10. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  11. pinchsalt or to taste
  12. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  13. 2 tbspspring onion (green part), chopped

Steps

12-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and stir fry the sausages till light brown. Keep aside to cool and then slice them diagonally.

    Temper the remaining oil with red chilies, garlic, and spring onion (white part). Sauté for a minute.

    Now add the chopped bell pepper, capsicum, and green peas. Sauté for a minute more.

    Time to add the cooked rice, followed by all the sauces and a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

    Lastly, add the fried sausages and pepper powder. Sauté for a minute and switch off the flame. Garnish with spring onion (green part) and enjoy.
