1/2Lemon
150 gramsYogurt
1 smallOnion
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
1 tbspOlive oil (may be omitted)

Steps

Mince the onion. Squeeze the lemon. Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a dish and mix. Chill once mixed.

It's great with curry.

I topped it with grated kiwi. It's delicious if you chill it in the refrigerator until just before serving.
