Slice & wash the meat once, add water, salt, ginger powder, mixed spices & onions to cook it until soft, when the water is about to drain, add the green pepper, scotchbonnet & the rest of the sliced onion & mix, cut the meat into tiny pieces, add & reduce the flame, cover it for 3mins.
