    On medium heat fry onion and garlic till fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot 🤩

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
