2 1/2 cupsmilk (600 ml)
1 cantable cream (media crema)
5squares bittersweet chocolate
1/3 cupsugar (80 grams)
1/2 cuprice (100 grams)
Lemon peel, to taste
Orange peel, to taste

In a pot, bring the milk to a boil with the orange and lemon peels. Once it boils, add the rice and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.

In another pot, combine the table cream, chocolate, and sugar.

Stir until the chocolate melts and everything is well combined.

Remove the peels after the rice has finished cooking.

Finally, add the chocolate mixture to the milk and rice, stir, and it's ready!
