Ingredients

  1. 1GK medium size red potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupsalt
  3. 1/2my beefy spice mix
  4. 1/2olive oil or duck fat

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes until they are soft (skin on!). let them cool down a bit.

    Cut every potato in half, rub with the oil and spice mix.

  3. 3

    Roast in the oven set to 220 C° for about an hour. 30 mins face down, 30 mins face up.
