Remove peels of boiled potatoes. Break into small pieces with your fingers.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add hing, jeera saute it and Chopped tomato. Green chilies saute until tomato hooked and mashed tomatoes

Add all the masala and potatoes pieces mix all and one gilas water and mash so gravy thicken

Let it boil and cook it for 4-5 mints and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with puri
