Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgboiled potatoes
  2. 2-3chopped tomato
  3. 2-3 green chilli finally chopped
  4. 1 tbsp jeera
  5. 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp catch Garam Masala
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4hing
  10. as required Oil for tempering
  11. as required Chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove peels of boiled potatoes. Break into small pieces with your fingers.

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add hing, jeera saute it and Chopped tomato. Green chilies saute until tomato hooked and mashed tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add all the masala and potatoes pieces mix all and one gilas water and mash so gravy thicken

  4. 4

    Let it boil and cook it for 4-5 mints and garnish with coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Serve with puri
