This is so easy and can be whipped up on any day without a second thought. If you have got Shrikhand ready, the next thing is very very easy and quick too. And not only Mango, you can relish it with any of your favourite Fruit or even a Seasonal Fruit for that matter.
You will just love to make this again and again. One thing to remember and take note of is that Butterscotch is very sweeter in taste, therefore use Sugar or Honey accordingly.

  1. 1 kgYoghurt
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 100 gmButterscotch chips
  4. 1Mango
  5. 1/4 cupchopped Cashewnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Tie up Yoghurt in a clean cotton cloth and keep it in a strainer with a bowl underneath it. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

    Next day, stir in Sugar as desired. Melt Butterscotch chips and keep aside. It's time for assembling. Use shot glasses or bowls as desired for this. First fill half of them with Shrikhand as the base in all.

    Now stir in 2 tablespoons of melted Butterscotch flavour chips in each. Chop Mangoes into small cubes and arrange them on top with Cashewnuts.

    Serve these chilled to relish it's magical flavour and aroma. Kids will surely relish this double bonanza. One which is their favourite Shrikhand and the second one,their favourite flavour- Butterscotch. That is why I call it a double fun. Enjoy! Yum!
