  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • cubeI rocyco
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1Onion

    Put oil in a sufuria and add onions

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and let cook for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Add the salt and spices and let cook

  4. 4

    Add the fish and water to cover

  5. 5

    Let it simmer for 20 mins

  6. 6

    Serve
