Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the beef and onions to saute.

Add the nutmeg and ground pepper and continuing cooking until aromatic.

Add the tomato ketchup and continue to fry until the ingredients come together.

Serve on a heated plate. Top with the creamer and finely-chopped parsley, and it's done.
