Let the unsalted butter come to room temperature and mix it until smooth.

Add sifted powdered sugar and salt to the butter, and mix well.

Add the whole egg and egg yolk, and mix.

Sift in the whole milk powder and cheese powder, and mix.

Add sifted cake flour and mix until it forms small granules, then knead by hand until it comes together.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 24 equal portions, and do the same with the pineapple filling.

Indent the dough to wrap the filling without cracking or exposing it, then press into a mold.

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, then bake at 340°F (170°C) for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Done!
