These cookies are easy to make and have a delicious chewy and crunchy texture.
Steps

Preheat your oven to 340°F. In a stand mixer place the butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until it is smooth and fluffy.

Add the whole egg and egg yolk one after the other and mix well. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour together with the baking soda.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the cookie batter until combined.
Fold in Toblerone pieces and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. - 4
Bake for about 10 - 11 minutes, or until they become golden brown around the edges. Keep in mind the center of the cookies may still be a little soft. Let them sit on a cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes then move them to a rack to cool. Enjoy! 😉
