First, take a mixer grinder jar. This grinder jar will grind daal and rice very smoothly.

Now mix this batter very well. Now add salt to it and again mix it well.

Now take a small grinder jar put Roasted garlic and roasted red chili and water and make a very fine paste of it.

Now take a pan and put 1 tsp oil in it, spread the oil well all around. Now clean the pan with a wet cloth.

Now lower the flame of the gas. Now put 1 big tsp batter in it and spread it all around.

When the dosa is cooked then spread the chutney of prepared garlic and chili in it.

Serve it with peanut chutney.
