Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmaida / all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupcorn flour
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder
  • 1/4 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 10mushroom, cut into halves
  • As Per Requiredoil for frying
  • 3 tspoil
  • 2garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 inchginger, finely chopped
  • 2green chillies, slit
  • 4 tbspspring onions, chopped
  • 1/4onions, sliced
  • 1/4capsicum, cut into squares
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 3 tsp oil, saute chopped 2 garlic cloves, 1-inch ginger pice, and 2 green chilies. Add 2 tbsp spring onions and saute on high heat.

    Add onion and capsicum, lightly saute. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt. Cook till the sauce thickens.

  3. 3

    Add the cornflour water slurry and stir continuously till the gravy thickens and turns glossy.

  4. 4

    Add fried mushrooms and mix to coat in the sauce.

  5. 5

    Garnish with sliced cabbage and spring onions, Serve.
