Boil potatoes in cooker for 10 minutes

Unpeel the potatoes and mix it as a dough

Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, ginger, green chillies, jeera, ajwain, garam masala to the potatoes

Now take a big bowl

Add wheat flour to the bowl

Add 2 cups of water to it and add 1/4 tbs of salt to it

Mix and then begin to knead it to a soft dough

Let the dough settle for 10 minutes

Now roll the dough into a log

Cut it into equal portions

Then take a portion of the cut dough, then flatten it using your fingers

Now add the potato stuffing to it

Then join the edges of the dough

After that press it and make it flatten

Then gently roll the kachori with rolling pin

Now stuff all the kachories and do repeat this process

Now heat the oil for frying the kachori

When the oil is heated properly add kachories to it

When the kachories start puffing, nudge it by using spoon

Keep frying the kachori and medium flame until and unless it become golden

When the kachori will become golden, keep it out of oil

Place the kachori on napkin so that excess oil can be absorbed

Now serve it with curd for better taste
