Boil peel and mashed potatoes with fingers.

Heat oil in a pan. Tempered mustard seeds cumin seeds. Add asofoetida curry leaves chopped green chilli and chilli ginger garlic paste. Saute for a min. Add turmeric powder boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Now add garam masala lemon juice and sugar. Mix properly. Turn off flame.Lastly add chopped coriander. Mix well.

Apply butter on a bread one side.and Coriander Chutney on another Side.
Place it in a griller.
Spread potatoes mixture. Onion slices. Sprinkle chaat masala and cover with another chutney bread. Apply butter on a top side. Grill on a slow flame both sides. - 4
Tasty Crispy Grilled Potatoes Sandwich is ready to Serve. Serve with Chutney and Ketchup.
