This is one of my favourite diwali snacks. My mother used to make this for me. I learnt this recipe from her and sharing here with all.

This is one of my favourite diwali snacks. My mother used to make this for me. I learnt this recipe from her and sharing here with all.
Steps

Heat a kadhai add 1cup peanut and roast it for some times. When it releases it's aroma remove it and keep it aside. Now rub it a little so that it releases it's peels.

Now add 1cup sesame seeds and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes. When it turns golden brown remove and keep aside.

Now add 1cup jagerry in the same kadhai. Add 1tsp ghee and 1tsp water into the kadhai. Now stir this for few minutes.

Keep stirring the mixture for some time. Now take some water in a bowl. Add one spoon of the jagerry into the water. If the jagerry turns like a candy then turn off the gas.

Now add the sesame seeds, peanuts and puffed rice to the jagerry and mix it very well.

Now grease some ghee in your palms and make one portion of the ladoo mixture and make laddoo.
