Crispy egg and potato fingers

Cooking Instructions

Boil your eggs for 15 minutes, cool and peel them. set aside all your ingredients

Peel your potatoes and grate them then wash them and drain

Grate your eggs into the grated potatoes

Add bread crumbs, cumin seeds, chilli,salt, ginger powder and mix
- 5
Shape the mix and roll in raw eggs
- 6
Roll them in bread crumbs and then deep fry In hot oil
- 7
Enjoy with a drink of your choice.
