Sauteed potatoes with beef gravy

Steps

⏩ Place cooking pot
On heat source. - 2
⏩ Put beef in and stir
To extract it's juicy
Stock. - 3
⏩ Keep stirring to
Avoid burning. - 4
⏩ Add 1½ cup of
Water. - 5
⏩ Bring to boil.
⏩ Add salt to taste.
⏩ Boil beef till tender
Soft.
⏩ Strain and set stock
Aside. - 6
⏩ peel potatoes
⏩Slice them and soak in saltwater for 10min
⏩Drain water and boil till medium cooked.
⏩drain water and pass over cold water
⏩in a bowl dilute royco and cornflour.
⏩add in boiled potatoes and toss to mix well,cover and set aside. - 7
✅Put cooking pot on heat source
✅cut onions and fry them to nice golden color
✅add chopped tomato and fry to paste.
✅add beef stock and boil.
✅put in beef now and leave to simmer.
✅drain royco sauce from potatoes and add to simmering beef.
✅ Remove from heat and set aside. - 8
POTATOES*
▶️melt margarine in a a pan
▶️add onions and sautee them
▶️add potatoes and toss them evenly
▶️if you can manage a frabee flame do it here.
▶️ Garnish with tomatoes and dhania
Serve hot
