Steps

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves & chilli to it. Cook for a while.

Then add crushed peanuts,soaked sabudana & spices to it. Mix well & switch off the flame.*Sabudana khichdi is ready.

Now in a big bowl add curd & whisk well. then add all the spices to it & mix well

Add prepared khichdi to it & mix well.

Garnish woth coriander & crushed peanuts.Enjoy

This can be enjoyed alone without any compliments.
