I wanted to make an easy and delicious cake in a mug.

Please change the flavor and try different variations!! I recommend Matcha, cocoa, and black tea.

Ingredients

1 serving

3 tbspPlain flour
11/2- tablespoons Sugar
1/2 tspBaking powder
1Egg
1/2 tbspVegetable oil

Steps

Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder to a mug and mix until blended. (If you want to change the flavor, adding matcha green tea powder here.)

Once mixed, add the egg and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes and it's done!! Poke with a chopstick to check.
