Pink, a hue that is an emotion and is often stereotypically referred to as the colour of women. October month is celebrated as breast Cancer awareness month. I just wish everyone to stay in pink of your health. Do take very good care of yourself and eat healthy, stay hydrated, moderately exercise and love yourself.
May God bless us all with good health.
Happy cooking and keep sharing food love.

Steps
- 1
Take fresh homemade paneer and crumble it to small pieces.
- 2
Take beetroot and grate it. Now extract the juice from the shredded beetroot by straining through the strainer.
- 3
Mix the juice to the crumbled paneer. Now add refined flour and rub with your palm until smooth texture is achieved. It moderately takes 5 minutes.
- 4
When it starts forming like a dough and does not stick to the palm then it is done. Make marble size small balls and keep aside.
- 5
In a deep vessel keep 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to boil until the sugar melts and water starts boiling. Make 1 thread consistency syrup. It should be rolling hot.
- 6
Add the balls in the boiling hot water one by one. Do not overcrowd the vessel. As soon as we add a ball it should come up.
- 7
Boil for 5 minutes and then cover and boil for another 10 minutes. When it doubles in size they are done.
- 8
Take out in another vessel along with the syrup. Let it cool down to room temperature. Refridgerate it preferably overnight and serve chilled.
- 9
It remain good in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. Enjoy Gulabi Rasbhari!
