Ingredients

  • 700 gTilapia, Clean, scrape off scales the Tilapia and cut
  • 15Dry chilies
  • 1 tbsp coriander root
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsps onion
  • 2 tbsps lemongrass
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 3-4 fresh makrut thai lime leaves, sliced
  • 5-6 Chilies
  • 2 tbsps Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound garlic cloves, onion, chilli, turmeric, salt, lemongrass and coriander root till well done.(can use a blender). Then put the paste and fresh makrut thai lime leaves spices the Tilapia.

    Steam it till cook sprinkle chilies and coriander. Serve with hot steamed rice😋😋😋
