  • 2 cupssooji
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 6 cupswater
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • Few cashews n raisins
  • 2 tbspghee
  • Pinchorange colour

  1. 1

    Add ghee in Kadai n roast sooji for a few min. Add water n sugar let it boil.

    Add a pinch of orange color. Add sooji ravva. Off the flame add a pinch of cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Fry cashews and raisins n add to the ravva. Add ghee n mix well.
