  • Onions 10 large,garlic 5 gloves,pepper 1tea spoon,ginger half teaspoon,masoro 1table spoon,maggi 7 pieces,salt pinch,oil 1and half cups
  • 4 cupswater

    Cut the onions big medium size,fry in the oil and add garlic until golden.

  2. 2

    Add gizzard,pepper,ginger,masoro,maggi,salt and 4 cups of water and allow to simmer for 25-30 min
