Ingredients

20 minutes + 1 hour resting time for zucchini
Serves 6 servings
  1. 3zucchini
  2. 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil (130 ml)
  3. 1/3 cuppine nuts (50 grams)
  4. 6 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
  5. 10basil leaves
  6. Salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions
