Ingredients

30 minutes
8-10 person
  1. 250 gmslemons
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tbspsea salt
  5. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  6. 3/4 cupsugar

    Wash lemon nicely with water. For pickles fully ripe small yellow lemons are good but I m using big lemons here

    Boil lemons in plain water for 5-10 minutes when peel become soft and slightly ruptured take out from water. Don't through water

  3. 3

    Let them completely cool down than cut into small pieces of desired size with clean hands and remove seeds as much as possible. Handle them gently

    Now take stainless vessel and add chopped lemons, add red chilli, turmeric, carom seeds salt and mix well. Add sugar and mix again gently add 4-5 tbsp of leftover water and cook

    When mixture become thick and sticky take off from heat and let it cool.

    Fill in sterilized glass jar and cover the lid. Keep in refrigerator and enjoy with every kind of food
