    Sieve the flour,add some salt

    Mix them and pour little bit water n knead it

    Don’t add water in one time..

    Take some ghee on palm and flat it or you can use foil paper to flatten it

    Heat tawa and put it on tawa
    Apply some water on upper side
    Flip it n bake it well

  6. 6

    Your bajra roti is ready.. you can serve it with dahi and garlic chtny..
