Steps

Peel and wash your cocoa yam. In a bowl, grate your cocoa yam using the smallest section of your grater.

Add the onion mix, seasoning and salt (you can also add other ingredients of your choice like chopped persley or spinach, yaji mix, chili powder etc) and mix well using your hand

Heat up oil in a pan, scoop the mixture with your hand or spoon into balls and deep fry till golden brown.

Drain in coriander or paper towel. Serve with hot tea😋 Enjoy 😉
