Cheesy polenta fingers | baby food and adult snack

This is so fun to bake and eat. My baby enjoyed it so much, and it also helps a lot if your baby is teething as well as make them try a different texture. For me what can I say I love everything with cheese in it, so I enjoyed it very much 😀
NB: you have to let it cool completely so it becomes hard enough to cut with a knife.

Steps
- 1
In a pan on med heat, melt butter and cook onions until soft. Turn oven on 180 celsius degrees
- 2
In the pan add, polenta, stock, pumpkin or sweet potato and mix well until the liquid has decreased to minimum
- 3
Now add half of the grated cheese and let melt by stirring slowly
- 4
Prepare a square oven dish, spray some cooking oil and then add on top baking paper. Spray the baking paper, and add the polenta mix. Add more cheese on top and bake for 10 min.
- 5
Remove and flip to the other side, add some more grated cheese and bake for another 15 min
- 6
Let cool and then cut into fingers, and enjoy with your baby!
