Ingredients

  • Leftover tomato sauce (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2diced sausages
  • 1 cupdiced asparagus (or fresh green beans)
  • 3cooked potatoes (use microwave)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice up sausage and green veggies, then add to pot of tomato sauce. Use medium heat.

  2. 2

    Simmer the sausage and veggies, until the veggies are a bit soft. Turn off heat.

  3. 3

    Cook potatoes in microwave. Poke holes before cooking potatoes, too.

  4. 4

    After potatoes are cooked, scoop out flesh - into a large bowl. Save skins as a healthy snack.

  5. 5

    Mix in sausage mixture, add desired seasonings, and mix.

  6. 6

    All done! Serve with ham, turkey, or trout.
