Thrifty Mock Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce (with Okara)

I wanted to make a side dish with okara dumplings. Since my family didn't realize they were okara, I decided to post this recipe here.

Make your dumplings into a donut-shape so that they resemble peeled shrimp. Since the hole shrinks when they are cooked, make it slightly larger. Adjust the amount of milk according to the consistency of the mixture. You can also use 150 g tofu (no need to drain) instead of milk. The dumplings will become hard when they are cold, so please enjoy them freshly cooked. Recipe by Yunyatomomo
