  1. 1/2 kgLong beans
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds,
  4. 2 tsp urad dal,
  5. 1tsp cumin seeds
  6. 2 tspchilli powder
  7. 2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tbspgrated coconut
  9. 1 tbsp cooking oil

    Wash and chop long beans. Take 1tbs oil in kadai add mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds. Saute

  2. 2

    Once dal turns golden add onions and saute till soft. Add long beans and also add curry leaves and cook on low flame. Cover it with lid. Once cooked add grated coconut, chilli powder and salt and saute for 2min and then switch off
