200 gginger biscuits
50 mlgrape juice
2 lvanilla ice cream
1 tincaramel treat
200 gchopped pecan nuts

Steps

Break the ginger biscuits into small pieces

Sprinkle with grape juice and let it stand for about 20 minutes to soften.

Mix together vanilla ice cream and caramel treat.

Add chopped pecan nuts and the ginger biscuits.
Mix well.

Pour into large pie dish.

Sprinkle hot chocolate powder on top and mix carefully with a fork to create a marbled effect.
7

Freeze until ready to serve.
