Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. Chickpeas
  2. Frylight
  3. Tinchickpeas, drained
  4. 2 tbspMaple syrup
  5. 2 tbspSmoked paprika
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. Pasta
  9. 6-8 ozpasta
  10. 1/2 jargreen pesto
  11. 3-4 ozgrated cheese
  12. Black pepper to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Coat the chickpeas in smoked paprika and syrup.

  2. 2

    Line a tray with baking paper, spray with frylight and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

    Meanwhile, boil the pasta.

  4. 4

    Drain the pasta and stir in pesto whilst still warm, mixing well.

  5. 5

    Serve on a plate with the chickpeas.

  6. 6

    Garnish with cheese and black pepper.
