Steps

Bring water to boil. Add pasta and salt and let cook until soft or as per your liking

Drain the pasta and pass through cold running water. Put aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, fry until soft and mashy then add red chilli powder, masala and any other spices of your choice. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the pasta.

Add pasta sauce, mix well. Add coriander leaves.

Your pasta is ready to serve.
