Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

30 minutes ish
20-22 servings
  1. 1 poundbox of elbow or shell macaroni noodles
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1/2 cupflour
  4. 2 cupsMilk
  5. 1 poundVelveeta cheese (other cheese is too stringy)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook noodles to box instructions or to desired tenderness.

    While noodles are cooking, melt butter on a medium sized pan on medium heat.

    Add flour & mix thoroughly with a wisk making sure it is smooth. Gradually add milk, whisking continually until sauce thickens. Gradually Add cubed cheese mixing until melted.

    Drain the noodles

  5. 5

    Pour noodles back in pot

  6. 6

    Add the cheese sauce to the drained noodles and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve while hot and enjoy! (:

    (optional) add bacon bits diced ham and French fried onions.
