Besan ki burfi
Besan ki burfi is the all time favorite of our family.
Steps

Heat the pan and add one cup of ghee Or clarified butter and melt it.

Now add 2 cups of besan to the pan and roast it properly.

Make the sugar syrup on other side. Heat the water and add the sugar. Melt it. Bring a boil until it becomes thick.

Add the sugar syrup to the roasted besan and mix them properly.

Finally add the dry fruits and coconut powder.

Transfer the batter to the greased plate and set it properly.

Make the cuts with the help of knife. And let it cool.

Besan ki burfi is ready to serve.
