My kids love to eat fish'o'fillet from McDonald's and always asked me try making fish burgers at home. So finally I gave it a try and according to my kids it tasted so much better and amazing than McDonald's...so hardwork paid off in the best way. Felt a bit proud of myself and my cooking that my family loves everything I make for them and my recipe turned out super amazing.

Marination
2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tsphot sauce
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspred chilli flakes

Take a bowl add fish pieces and all marination spices and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.

Take maida, breadcrumbs and water.

Take the marinated fish pieces and coat it with maida then dip in cold water. Then coat it again with maida and dip it in water again.

Take it out from water and make the final coating with breadcrumbs. Now place it in a wok full of oil and deep fry the pieces.

Cut the burger buns in half and spread the mayonnaise and peri peri sauce and lay a lettuce leave.🥬

Now place the fish fillet and spread the tarter sauce.

Add tomato slices.
