4tomatoes
1 tbspbutter
as per taste salt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tbspsugar (optional)

Put chopped tomato in a pressure cooker & add 1 cup water to it. Cook it for 2 whistles.

Let the pressure release, open the lid & let it cool to room temperature.

Blend it with a blender & strain it.

Add salt, black pepper powder & cook till 2-3 boils.

Garnish with cream & Serve hot
