Brisket Stew
I like making this dish, it warms you up on a cold day
Cooking Instructions

Trim the brisket to your liking, then season on both sides very generously, set oven to 350 degrees.

Cut veggies rinse and, put in fridge add onions to pot then, add a little water and, put in oven cook until meat is fork tender, take out chop meat and, keep juice from meat then, add vegetables put back in oven, when vegetables are tender take out.

Make some cornbread and, enjoy

It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So...
