  • 2 cupsfresh blueberries
  • 1 cupfresh strawberries, sliced in half
  • Butter cooking spray
  • Pancake syrup

    In a large bowl mix together your Bisquick, milk, vegetable oil, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and egg……..Let mixture stand for about 5 minutes……

    Add into Bisquick mixture your fresh blueberries and strawberries…………

    Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until pancake is golden brown on top ……..

I used Krusteaz, applesauce instead of oil, and added a mashed banana to the mixture. It was awesome! Thank you!
