Ingredients

7-8 minutes
  1. 3/4 cjiffy peanut butter
  2. 1 1/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cbutter flavored crisco
  4. 3 Tbspmilk
  5. 1 Tbspvanilla
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 3/4 call purpose flour
  8. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  9. 3/4 tspsalt
  10. 1 bagpeanut butter chips

Cooking Instructions

7-8 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F
    Beat peanut butter, crisco,brown sugar, milk and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg

    Stir flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add to cream mixture beating just until blended. Add peanut butter chips

  3. 3

    Drop by rounded Tablespoon or cookie scoop 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet

  4. 4

    Bake 7-8 minutes or until set and lightly browned.cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet.Remove to wire rack to cool completely….. Enjoy
