Wash and cut vegetables into big pieces and 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

Once the veggies are boiled grind with the grinder till they are mixed well.

Heat butter in a pan add laung, ginger, garlic, vegetables and saute on medium-low flame.

Add 2 cups of water, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice mix well and cook on medium-low flame for 10minutes.

Now take cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp water mix well and add it to the soup.

Finally, add boiled corns and mix well. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
