  • 1 tspcarrot
  • 1 tspcapsicum
  • 1 tsp roasted besan
  • 1/4 tspSalt -
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 1 tspGhee

Steps

    Grate boiled potato

  2. 2

    In a plate mix boiled potato, salt, black pepper, carrot, capsicum and roasted besan

  3. 3

    Now make a round shape of cutlet

  4. 4

    Heat nonstick pan
    Add ghee or oil

  5. 5

    Keep cutlet on nonstick pan

  6. 6

    Cook both sides till golden brown
