Wash and Cut tomatoes, onions and pepper mix into blender and blend

In a dry pot add in vegetable oil allow to heat up a little add in some slice onions and blended tomatoes allow to cook until the water is dry up

Then pour in the meat stock, beef,spices and seasoning & leave to simmer for few minutes...

Enjoy with either white rice or pasta!!!
