This is my first time baking meatpie, and it taste wow.
Steps

In a bowl mix flour and butter, until it looks like bread crumbs.

Add in your milk,salt, curry powder, and the egg, mix until everything is well incorporated.

Wrap in a cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Stir and add spices and seasoning, stire well then add in a half cup of water,cover to cook for 2 mins,

Now fry some onion chunks in a pan, and add in your grinded meat,.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water and add it to the sauce. Stire for 1 minutes and remove frim from the heat.

Then add the fillings and close the pie.

Using a fork press the edd of each pie. Do this until the dough is finished.

Add in the pre cook potatoes,and stir well.

Now bring out your dough in the refrigerator, roll it out with a rolling pin, and cut a circular shapes

Arrange your meat pies in the pot and brush the top with milk and egg.
Bake for 15-20mins. - 12
Apply some butter to the pies when they are done.
