Wash your sweet potato peel the back of it,diced it into small pieces.Cut and peel the outer shell of your coconut, wash and make a flakes with it

Set your blender pour both the coconut flakes,diced sweet potato and add your dilute milk then blend it to be very well smooth

Sieve it very well,add sugar to taste and served chill
