Potato Gratin Made with Leftover Meat Sauce Potato Gratin Made with Leftover Meat Sauce
Since I had leftover meat sauce and potatoes on hand, I made a gratin with them.Coating the potatoes with mayonnaise prevents the food from sticking to the dish, so it will be easy to wash. Also, it makes the dish more enjoyable, so I recommend it. Recipe by Misarin no daidokoro cookpad.japan -

Easy Potato and Salmon Gratin Easy Potato and Salmon Gratin
This is a low-effort shortcut recipe. It was surprisingly well received. If you are short on time, even if the potatoes and salmon are half cooked, just put them in the casserole dish and microwave to cook through. Be careful not to let it dry out or explode!Just top with cheese at the end and brown in an oven, and it instantly turns into a gratin. For 2 servings. Recipe by *asumikan* cookpad.japan -

Piping Hot Gratin Made with Leftover Roast Chicken Piping Hot Gratin Made with Leftover Roast Chicken
I was really busy at the end of the year, so I made a macaroni gratin, which is quick to make and my kids love. I heard that they make pie with chicken in the UK. The chicken pie I ate at the British Museum in London was really nice. The canned white sauce is fully flavoured so you only need a little milk to thin it out. You can use rice instead of macaroni to make a doria (rice gratin), and if you don't have any chicken, canned tuna is fine. Recipe by Mme*Pierre cookpad.japan -
Quick and Easy Potato Gratin Quick and Easy Potato Gratin
I like potato gratin, but I think it takes a long time to cook the potatoes thoroughly. If you slice the potatoes and microwave them for 5 minutes they are ready to be used!By coating the potatoes with sauce instead of pouring the sauce on top, the entire dish becomes delicious. It was a big hit at a wine-tasting gathering.I made a very simple potato-only gratin this time, but it also tastes delicious with some bacon and mushrooms too! This recipe reduces the cooking time by slicing the potato thinly and using a microwave. You are only browning the top of the gratin in the oven or the toaster oven. So feel free to brown it to how you like, rather than sticking to the time that I wrote. Recipe by classy cookpad.japan
