Roast chana dal and urad dal in oil

Grind it in the mixer once it becomes nice brown and aromatic

Now in a pan add one tbsp oil and fry onion garlic green chillies and ridge gourd peels

Now add this to the existing powder in the grinder along with salt and tamarind paste
- 5
Grind it till done smooth and fine consistency
- 6
Season it with hot oil mustard and Jeera seeds tadka
